“Igelkott” or “Hedgehog” model designed by Gunnar Nylund (1904-1997) for Rörstrand Fabriks, modeled to have an upright oval form resting on a subtle reveal footing crafted in chamotte with surfaces highly textured by vertically raking from top to foot. here glazed in a mustard hue; Denmark, mid-20th century. Markings incised in underside.
