Pair of Vilhelm Lauritzen VL38 'Radiohus' plug in wall lamps for Louis Poulsen. Originally designed in the 1930s by Vilhelm Lauritzen in partnership with Louis Poulsen for the construction of the Radiohuset building in Copenhagen, which is now home to the Royal Danish Academy of Music. Executed in aluminum spun white painted adjustable shade with brass arm.

Professionally rewired to accommodate a 75w equivalent single standard base e26 bulb (lower with incandescent). New black twist cloth cord and period style plug. Custom display model in like new condition. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing (including wet location certification) available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. -
