Description
This stunning and unusual Mid-Century Modern chandelier was realized in Italy, circa 1970. It features translucent ovoid shades with amber inflections and concentric scalloped detailing in relief that attach to a polished chrome frame. Full of subtlety, verve and elan, this piece is sure to delight discerning collectors of Mid Century Italian design as well as those with a penchant for unique and special objects. Its subtle color palate and clean modernist lines make it well suited for any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards. The height can be adjusted to suit. The chandelier accommodates 5 candelabra based bulbs offering up to 300 watts of light and is in excellent vintage condition.
