This rare and highly unique Mid-Century Modernist Three Tier Solid Tronchi Hand-Blown Murano Glass Chandelier W/Nickel Fittings originates from Italy, Circa 1970. A gorgeous piece rendered in transparent glass, each element is formed in solid hand-blown murano glass with unique organic curvatures and grooved variation to the surface. Three tiers of glass vary with a stepped composition, the bottom tier creating a dynamic sense of movement to the Chandelier. The shades interact and diffuse light in stunning fashion. Rendered in the highest quality materials and suspended by a polished nickel chain and canopy. A versatile and gorgeous piece, this Chandelier will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American standards with a height that can be adjusted to suit. In Excellent Vintage Condition. Accommodates 3 Edison Based Light Bulbs casting up to 300 watts of light.
