1950s Paavo Tynell 9459 wall lights for Taito Oy. These rare and exceptionally refined wall lights are executed in a rich and attractively patinated brass. Signed with impressed manufacturer's mark to shade of each example, circa 1950, Finland. Shade can be adjusted up and down and brass stem can be moved side to side as well as raised and lowered. Literature: Idman, manufacturer's catalogue, unpaginated.
