Description

This gorgeous pair of wall sconces is full of intricate attention to detail in the skilled metal work throughout. There is a fine representation of buds and blooming flowers that burst forth from a twisted vine S-curve form complete with hammered sheet acanthus foliage that spurls from the central vine; offshoots of round hammered metal raise nine candle wells and their electrified candlesticks. Traces of cold-painted gilt highlights are evident on the elements throughout. With a 72" total height, these are a fantastic design element that completely catches the eye - they are particularly attractive when flanking a door or otherwise displayed closely together.

Condition Report:
We have not checked the wiring; this should be inspected by an electrician prior to use in the home. Oxidization and wear to metal throughout including some wear/chipping to gilt highlights on the finish. Replaced faux candlesticks, all brand new.
