    The long rotating arms are attached to a vertical, wall-mounted spine that results in a Minimalist yet oversized fixture. Flutter comes in three variations, each with two elongated arms that can be adjusted to wherever light is needed. They can be hung alone or with others to create a unique wall composition, as well as primary and secondary light.
