Large 1960s Sergio Mazza 'Pandora' glass suspension lamp for Artemide. A quintessentially 1960s Italian design executed in nickeled brass and opaline glass by Sergio Mazza for Artemide.
Born in Italy in 1931, Sergio Mazza created numerous iconic designs for Artemide throughout the 1960s, from a range of lighting to fiberglass molded seating and other home furnishings which due to their limited production runs have become highly collectible with their clean lines and intuitive utility.
Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. -

Documentation: Ample Provenance Origin: Italy Period: 1950-1979 Materials: Brass, Opaline Glass Condition: Good. Accommodates 6x 60W equivalent max US candelabra bulbs (lower with incandescent). Rewired for US electrical. Some minor patination and scuffs to the brass as largely shown in the images and noted only for accuracy. Glass is perfect.
