Description Gesto floor lamp by Bruno Gecchelin for Skipper.

The model has a characteristic and extremely heavy marble base and an elegant tubular double arch that ends in a white reflector.

After the successful Mezzaluna series Bruno Gecchelin created Gesto in 1975. Initially it was produced as a floor lamp with a 1.000 watt halogen bulb, later followed by various wall and ceiling versions.

Early this century Italian manufacturer Ivela acquired the brand Skipper and, supervised by Bruno Gecchelin, it re-produced various versions of Gesto and Mezzaluna. The models are completely faithful to the original designs from 1975. Palainco now offers a number of floor, wall and ceiling lamps from both series.

The Gesto floor lamp is available in off-white or black - both versions are partially in chrome. We have 11 white Gesto floor lamps in stock and also 1 black one.

The light bulb is halogen; this model is suitable for 300 watt. The lamps have never been used (New Old Stock) and come in the original packaging.
