This Tiffany Studios New York glass and gilt bronze floor lamp, features a shimmering twisted gold and amber "Damascene" glass shade suspended from a gilt bronze "Counter-Balance" floor base. The "Counter-Balance" base is just that; an elegant architectural feat in which it appears that the beautiful, delicate "Damascene" shade is countered perfectly by the resolute gilt bronze globe at the base of the lamp arm that counters the weight of.
