Pair of Postmodern Murano Glass White-Rod Bedside Lamps by Venini
-
Description
This pair of Murano blown-and-textured clear glass half-cones are imbedded in the center area with a series of horizontal blown white glass rods. These blown glass shades rest into black metal guides which are attached to the black metal industrial-style bases on indented foot-rims.
The electrical wires emanate from the top openings of the glass mounts. These large openings at the top of the mounts allow light to reflect off the walls to create mood lighting for the room. The blown glass mounts themselves also cast interesting shadows into the room through their textured bodies, while the white glass rods hide the direct glare from the lightbulbs. -
