Description

This elegant wall mirror is from France and was made from wood and glass, circa 19th century. This large and well-carved mirror frame was once part of the architecture of a prominent room such as a dining room or salon. The flat panels are fir or pine wood and the carved decoration is from a harder wood, species unknown. Wear consistent with age and use.
