A spectacular pair of silver gilt Louis Philippe mirror, made in France, at the end of the 19th century. These classically styled mirrors are sought by designers and collectors both because of their versatility and iconic style. The gorgeous silver gilt contains mirrored diagonal stripes that have been etched into the frames, adding a geometric detail that gives the metallic frames an interesting design. The mirrors have their original mercury glass. The silver gilt is in great antiques condition, with excellent metallic luster.
