Condition Good. Beautiful patination. The gilding has some rubbing and minor repairs throughout. Replaced antiqued plate.
Creation Date 1780
Description A beautiful gilded looking glass from late 18th century France with beautiful detailing and patina. The corona exhibits a laurel wreath and lyre harp, attributes of the god Apollo. The corners of the mirror frame are decorated with rosettes and the upper corners support reeded urns. The frame perimeter is decorated with lambs tongue and beading. The antiqued glass is half by the original wooden backing. France c 1780.
