Description
A pair of Wiener Werkstatte J&J Kohn #329 ebonized beechwood caned side chairs, the design by Josef Hoffmann (1901). Austrian, Vienna, ca 1916. A set of six with Dieter Brunkster Kunsthandel, Berlin, 2015. The design, attributed to Hoffmann, is closely related to #327, now ascribed to Gustav Siegel, a Hoffmann protege at the Wiener Werkstatte.
