Soriana Poufs by Afra & Tobia Scarpa for Cassina - 1970's
-
Description
Pair of red Soriana poufs designed by Afra & Tobia Scarpa for Cassina, both in original upholstery. The ottomans can be easily moved around since they have castors attached to the underside. The Soriana collection was meant to express beauty and comfort by using a whole bundle of fabric held by a chrome-plated steel clamp. The "Soriana Chair" was the first piece designed in the collection and won the Compasso D'oro in 1969 for its design.
This iconic design would fit well in a more eclectic Hollywood Regency inspired interior as in a more monochromatic Minimalist Maria Pergay style decor. We also offer in-house reupholstering services, with various fabrics to choose from. We have two Soriana poufs available, priced per piece. -
