Description
Based on provincial French and rustic English seating furniture, these ladder back armchairs were designed by Ernest Gimson, the leader of the Cotswold School of English Arts and Crafts design. An example of this chair model, known as the Pass Chair, is in the New Walk Museum in Leicester, England.
