Description In stock: 1.

An outstanding swivel chair model 62, also known as the “Villain Chair”, produced by G-plan in the United Kingdom in 1962.

This eye-catching chair is probably one of the most famous pieces of furniture thanks to it’s appearance in the James Bond movie “You Only Live twive” in 1967, as the seat of supervillain Blofeld. It is upholstered in high quality black leather and has a beautiful swivel crossbase in warm brown hardwood on wheels. This combination of materials and colours works perfectly with the impressiv style of the piece. The chair would be a wonderful addition to the living room decor, but could also very well work for an office space, bedroom, guest room and more.

It remains in vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use. There is some damage to one arm, notable wear to one corner of the cushion and a small fading of the leather in the top corner of the backrest. They are visible in the photos. Overall the chair preserves a beautiful vintage patina that is very fitting for the style.
