The Marcel collection, a seating modular system developed in 1965, was a tribute by Dino Gavina to Marcel Duchamp. Sofas, armchairs and pouf designed by the architect Kazuhide Takahama, are the result of an artistic collaboration with Gavina.

Here is an Old and Original Gavina Edition from the 1960s newly re-upholstered in a velvet fabric from the Kvadrat Raf Simons collection.

This set is composed of 6 armchairs and 2 poufs.
Shaped polyurethane structures with polished aluminum brackets.
The last photos show the sofa set before the new upholstery in this original red velvet.
