Description
This stunning Mid-Century Modern sculptural hand rubbed walnut rocking chair was realized in the United States circa 1950. It offers open form sides with subtly concave arm rests; an ovoid form sculptural base; and a gently sloped back with exposed vertical slats all in beautiful hand rubbed walnut. The seats have been newly reupholstered in a champagne cotton blend striated fabric by Holly Hunt. With its clean lines and neutral color palate, this chair would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly reupholstered and restored to mint condition.
