Description Elegant set by Gio Ponti and Nino Zoncada made for the Giulio Cesare ship in the 1950s. The set of chairs was produced by Cassina and is the model 538. The set consists of 6 chairs finely restored and reupholstered in elegant white velvet with red edges. Its peculiarity is its slightly semi-curved back that welcomes and embraces its guest. Its perfectly conical feet accommodate a conical brass ferrule.
The set is ideal to complement classy and fashionable dining rooms or modernist style where design is king.
