Description An unusual club chair out of the Boet Gothenburg workshop of Otto Schultz in Sweden. Otto was a German born architect, furniture designer and publisher of an influential design-based magazine that played an important role in the promotion of modern Swedish design. This diminutive leather club chair has his classic brass nail design to seat back and brass edging overall, with delicate pad feet. Sides are made with leather woven straps (unusual) in very good condition. Newer gold crushed velvet loose cushion. Late 1930s or early 1940s, Sweden.
