Pair Antique Louis XVI-Style Painted Bergeres
-
Description
This is an outstanding pair of late-19th or early-20th century French Painted Louis XVI Bergeres. The bergeres were beautifully crafted: the carved Louis XVI frames retain their original painted surface in ivory and highlights in burnt umber. We have retained the vintage crushed silk velvet which dovetails with the painted surface.
