Pair of 1960s Valmazan Folding Campaign Chairs

Description
A fine pair of Almazan folding campaign chairs dating from the 1960s after the Mogens Koch Mk-16 Safari chair which were originally designed in 1932.
Beautifully detailed with hand-stitched brown saddle leather for the back, arms and seat, finished with brass end caps and a line of brass furniture rivets attaching the seat to the frame.
Stamped Almazan to the front stretcher. -

Period: 1950-1979 Materials: Wood, Brass, Leather Condition: Good. Lightly used, with very light scratches, or minor cosmetic wear, but has no structural issues. Most antique and vintage items fit this condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. No restorations or modifications have been made.
