    Two very attractive walnut chairs, with serpentine crest rail, square legs. The beautiful pierced backsplat features C curves and interlocking diamond. Rose head nails support corner brackets for the drop seats, which are presented in muslin awaiting re-upholstery. American, likely Virginia or Mid-Atlantic, circa 1750-1785.
