Four Pompeo Fumagalli chairs Fumagalli, Italy 1970s

Description
A rare set of ‘Calla’ chairs by Italian modernist designer Pompeo Fumagalli. Perched on a
ring-shaped tubular base, the frame has a gentle forward lean, with the seat and back
opening out like a flower in side profile.
The chairs have been newly upholstered in a rich butterscotch-coloured linen by Rose
Uniacke. Their painted tubular frames are in good condition.
