Set of 4 Danish Vintage Teak Dining Chairs by Poul Hundevad

$ 1,585
  • Description
    A beautiful and sculptural set of four Danish vintage teak dining chairs, designed by Poul Hundevad for Vamdrup. They were made in Denmark, and date from the 1960’s.

    The quality is amazing, with an incredibly crafted and unique design. The curved backrests are supported by tapered back legs that run all the way from the top of the chairs to the ground, and are connected to the front legs by angled stretchers. They are comfortable and supportive, functional and a work of art in their own right.

    We have had the solid teak frames stripped and re-polished, and the seats have been re-upholstered in a charcoal wool fabric. The condition is immaculate throughout.

    We also have a separate single identical chair available separately if you wanted to make a set of five, seen listed under our other items for sale.
