Description
A stately set of ten Swedish Gustavian upholstered dining chairs from the Louis XVI period. These sturdy and comfortable painted chairs are all hand carved with a floral and hop design at the top of the chair back and leaf motifs on the other three sides. There is a similar design on the chair bases, all raised on a pair of turned and fluted front legs. The seat is removable and recently upholstered. Cleaned and tightened these dining chairs are ready for your immediate use, be sure to view the detailed images to see the current condition. Seat height: 18”
