Set of Six antique neoclassical Biedermeier shovel chairs from South Germany circa 1860.
Book-matched walnut veneer and solid wood. Hand-polished with shellac (French polish).
The chairs are from the second half of the 19th century (so called second Biedermeier). Fully restored condition.
Great seating comfort due to the big cushions and curved backrests. Newly upholstered with black velvet fabric by JAB Anstoetz.
