A Highly Unusual 18th Century Italian Walnut Neoclassical Marquetry Commode elaborately inlaid with an exotic veneered front panel in the Maggiolini taste, portraying garlands, winged nymphs, fountains and lambrequins, but which lifts and slides into a concealed top pocket to reveal two understated banded deep drawers, each with two ring pulls and the whole raised on parquetry squared tapering feet
