George Nelson for Herman Miller chest cabinet, model no. 5245 is a rare variation of the Nelsons's Thin Edge Line. This thin edge has been executed in rosewood, with single cabinet door to right with two adjustable shelves and five long drawers to left, label inside top drawer. We have the a copy of the original purchase receipt from 1956. This piece has been painstakingly restored back to excellent condition. The front of the drawers feature book matched grain across the front given a beautiful visual effect. The cabinet sits atop solid original aluminum legs. All the drawers slide beautifully.
In excellent restored condition.
