A Rococo parcel gilt mahogany side table, with fossilized grey limestone top and distinctive sea serpent entrelac stretcher with bold cabriole legs and ball and claw webbed feet. Iberian, possibly Azores, ca 1770.

Origin: Portugal Period: 18th Century Materials: Mahogany and mahogany veneers; parcel gilt; fossilized grey limestone. Condition: Excellent. Stone top possibly a later date replacement.
