Wonderful big Art Deco extending/ expandable/ pull-out table from Paris, France around 1925
The wood for this table is walnut, that has bee black lacquered and polished for a very precious high-gloss look. The leaves decor at the sides, which go together if the smallest size of the table is chosen, are partly silver-plated. There are four extras plates for the table, which have to be stored separately. Each plate has 50 cm (space for 2 more person to sit), so that possible length can be chosen from 170cm/67" to 370cm/145.6".
If the longer length is chosen, there are four supporting legs at the outer plates that can be drawn down. This table has a wonderful leg, which is surrounded at the bottom with a chrome trim.
