Description
Very big and elegant Biedermeier expandable / pull-out dining room table from Vienna, Austria.
Walnut veneer and solid wood. Partly ebonized, partly maple veneer on the legs.
Wonderful pedestal leg in vase-form with beautiful book-matched walnut veneer.
Two extra fold-out legs on each side for more stability, if expanded widely. The legs fit under the plate if folded-up.
Five inlay plates a 19.7 in / 50 cm. Newly made by us with appropriate walnut veneer.
Greatly restored. Shellac hand finishing (French polish).
