The circular top with dark figured marble inset held by a wood frame, above a conforming apron with three large foliate gilt-stencils centering a lion's mask, above a tapering cylindrical column on a stenciled tripartite base raised on carved animal-paw feet with foliate brackets on brass caster wheels.
