You are viewing an original pair, circa 1955 Edmond Spence award winning design from Sweden. What we like about this particular piece and design accomplishment. 1. Very unusual wave design for the period of the 1950s. 2. Very functional design. Can be used in various places in a home example: Living room, bedroom. Since it is now 60 years old, it has achieved this warm and golden natural patina. It has never been refinished and there is no need to do so. The patina is very even throughout the piece as it was meant to be there. The drawers are beautiful inside and have been very well kept throughout the years. No breaks or chip under the drawers which is typical of these pieces. Very good Edmond Spence pieces are also rising in price as the years go on. You will be very pleased to present this in your home.
