An exceptional and rarely seen executive desk and chair set designed by renowned Mid-Century Modern furniture designer Edward Wormley for Dunbar, circa 1950s.
Features stunning rosewood case stained in dark and sleek mid-century design. It offers ample storage space, with five drawers and two pull-out tablets in gorgeous tiger oak.
The brass hardware is original and retains its patina, and the original Dunbar label is present. The desk is finished on all sides and could be used floating in a room. Made with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, as expected from Dunbar. The desk has been expertly refinished and is in excellent condition.
Desk chair is made from solid mahogany and it has been re-upholstered in Bouclé by Romo.
Kneehole measurements: Width 29" x Height 24.25".
Chair measurements: Height 32" x Width 24" x Depth 24"x Seat Height 18".
