This is a very handsome English early 19th century pine cricket table. Cricket tables were, in theory, created as scorekeepers tables for the European outdoor game called cricket. The three legs were mostly designed this way to steady the table on uneven ground or possibly a reference to the way the game is played in three sections. Circa 1820’s
