Fusto Dining Table - Rectangular Shape, designed by Studio Irvine for Forma&Cemento, is part of the Fusto Collection - Concrete Domesti Landscape. A collection of modular system in ultra high performing cement mortar. UHPC tabletop and base are colored in the mixture and sandblasted. Each item is handmade and treated and it's protected with water repellent products to reduce the absorption of oily substances and to minimise the making of stains.
An eye-catching interplay of lines and volumes, this dining table is a unique piece of design embodying a modern interpretation of classic Latin and Greek architecture, it flaunts a splendid base composed of three grooved column-shaped legs supporting a large round top. This unique item is available in 8 different shades.
Fusto is the series that introduces the new design approach. As in classical architecture, Fusto is the column that holds tables, consoles, bookcases and pedestals. Volumes and proportions are integrated in a timeless geometry, enriched with facets that make the colour vibrate in a game of lights and shadows.
