French 19th Century Empire Dressing Table

This gorgeous dressing table is the perfect combination of form and function. The whole is made of mahogany and the top is stunning white marble. Complete with its original mercury mirror, you’ll be able to see beautiful foxing. The glass is held by a pivoting oval frame and fixed to flanking obelisks. The single drawer facade features stunning floral ormolu details around the key-hole. One key is included to open the flush drawer and reveals a pre-sectioned interior, making it easier to organize personal items like jewelry or ties. The frieze section is supported by columnar front legs with ormolu capitals and bases, with the whole elevated on bun-feet.
