Description
A beautiful piece of black fossil marble tops this gorgeous center table, made in the Restauration Style, circa 1870 – France. The top contains wonderful fossil specimens that are visible throughout the dished surface. The hexagonal vasiform standard has a lovely shape and lifts the top to its nearly 30” height. The tripodal base has three legs that have curved forms and are finished in beautiful burl rosewood veneer. The shapely feet lift the table and lack casters. Placed in a foyer or entry, this wonderful center table will make an excellent first impression and help welcome your guests into your home.
