Mid Century (3) Piece Ice Cream Parlor Suite

Description
Circa 1950's American three piece Ice Cream Parlor suite, consisting of a table and two chairs. The table has three steel metal legs ending in an iron ball and claw foot, which supports a circular white marble top, mounted on a 1" thick circular black metal frame. The matching chairs have a steel metal frame; the seat is a circular wooden insert, with a motif of two birds, a birds nest, and a floral circular perimeter. The chairs are nicely designed with a curved steel metal upright stile and three interior back support stiles. The bowed rectangular perimeter support structure of the chairs is connected by a circular band, providing an attractive design and rigid support (see images). The four "S" shaped legs, end in a metal pad foot. The table has a similar support structure as the chairs, consisting of a triangular bowed rectangular band connected to all three legs. It is quite sturdy and the condition is excellent and all original.
Dimensions: table 28 1/4" high x 18" diameter (marble top is 7/8" thick)
