This elegant modernist pedestal was realized in the United States during the latter half of the 20th century. It Composed of bookmatched walnut, the pedestal offers a Minimalist and austere volumetric rectangular form with one side that protrudes out forming a point. With its beautiful quality of construction and clean modernist lines, this piece would be an excellent addition to any style of interior from Classic Mid Century Modern to contemporary. its neutral palate and austere form ensures that it will not compete with any object or sculpture that is placed on top of it. The pedestal has been newly restored to mint condition.
