    Stunning "Lo Ta Hexagonal Cube", with sides in patinated and engraved bronze and pewter with hand-painted enamels by Philip & Kelvin LaVerne, American 1960's (signed “Philip + Kelvin LaVerne” on side). This work has a torched bronze effect top. This iconic LaVerne table is a work of art.

    ”Philip and Kelvin LaVerne, Sculpture III”, paper catalog published in the 1970’s, on page 37 there are three photos of this model table with the title “Lo Ta Hexagonal Cubes”. In the back of the catalog is a description which reads: “LO TA HEXAGONAL CUBES—Created in a limited edition, a trio of functional sculptures, each having an Oriental design sculpted on all sides. Burnished functional bronze surfaces complete the sculptures. “
