The beautiful Brazilian hardwood cart/trolley created by the Brazilian architect and designer Sérgio Rodrigues in the '60s is an outstanding piece. The interior is made of white Formica creating a clean and modern look to it.
The piece was restored by one of our best craftsmen and kept its original aura and attraction.
Rodrigues's prolific ability to apply this type of tropical wood in different ways, always extremely original and creative made him one of the most important mid-century Brazilian designers. Architect and designer, along with Joaquim Tenreiro and José Zanine Caldas, Rodrigues was the pioneer to transform Brazilian design into industrial design and make it known worldwide.
“The piece of furniture is not just the shape, not just the material which is made but also something inside it. It's the piece's spirit. It's the Brazilian spirit. It's the Brazilian furniture” (Sergio Rodrigues).
