Description
French Griffin and Harp Ruby, Diamond, Pearl and 18K (tested) Brooch, C.1890. The winged griffin and harp brooch set in silver and gold. The tongue protruding griffin set with 43 small rose cut diamonds and cabochon ruby eye, realistic talons. The gold string harp accented with 14 mixed cushion cut small purple red rubies and natural (untested) pearl gauging 4.3 mm. `'C' clasp and pin with French swan, owl and ET marks. Measures: Approximately 1.5 x 7/8 inches. Total Item Weight: 8.23 gm.
