The contrast between the two shades of Apatite enhances each. Apatite is often mistaken for other minerals. This tendency is reflected in the mineral's name, which is derived from the Greek word apatein meaning to be mislieading or to deceive. At 17.5 inches this custom made necklace is stunning.
