This truly gorgeous handmade sapphire and diamond ring contains a natural Burma 4.40 carat sapphire. A certificate stating no heat-treatment has been used accompanies this sapphire. Thirty-six beautiful diamonds with a total weight of .46 carats surround this perfect blue sapphire. This ring is handmade in platinum and is a custom Pampillonia design.
