After Fernand Leger "Femme Tenant un Vase," Jacques Villon (1875-1963) "Femme a la Cruche" 1928, etching and aquatint on rag paper mounted on board. Colors brilliant. Signed and numbered by Fernand Léger and with the signature of Jacques Villon in the plate. Proof 47/200. Jacques Villon, born Emile Méry Frédéric Gaston Duchamp in Damville, Eure, in the Haute-Normandie region of France. A painter and printmaker, he was also the brother of Marcel Duchamp, Raymond Duchamp-Villon and Suzanne Duchamp. Image area 12.25 x 18.5".
