Description
Theorem with Cornucopia and Fruit
Signed on verso: Painted by Hannah Elliott
24” x 28 ½” framed
Appears to retain the original ripple carved gilt frame and backboards.
This rare and important signed theorem of a cornucopia with fruit arranged on a table top represents peace and plenty. Perhaps a school girl exercise, this example created by Hannah Elliott is extremely rare for its unusual subject matter and unique style. -
